  • Decent selection for how small the location is. However, the customer service was pretty terrible. My boyfriend and I were in the store for over an hour, trying on different rock climbing shoes and harnesses. Not once did the sales associate ask us if we had any questions or how we were doing (we were literally the only ones in the small store). As new climbers, we could have used some help. I didn't ask for guidance because there was serious bad energy from the moment we walked through the door. If REI had a better climbing section we would have gone there in a heartbeat.
