  • Last week I had a tire blow out & it caused damage to the rim. My husband took my truck into this location and bought 4 brand new tires. The associate who helped told my husband that they would fix the rim and there would be no need to purchase a new one. Today we took my truck to a different discount tire because it has not been driving properly. That discount tire then calls this location and speaks to the original associate. Turns out they could not fix the rim and did not balance the tires. Why wouldn't this be told to my husband when handing the keys back to him? All that was said was "it's done, here are your keys." Then I unknowingly drove an unsafe vehicle for a week. I am so disappointed in this location and will certainly make sure it's known that your associates do not care about the customers well being.
