A disaster of a Starbucks. I work across the street, and my coworkers and I have finally vowed never to go to this Starbucks again after so many visits... and so many problems. The staff is completely apathetic and ignores you, the homeless people have taken over most of the seating, and - to the other reviewers point - it now smells like urine. One time when I was there sitting in the window bar, having a work meeting, a homeless man started beating on the window, and the cops had to come. There's a much nicer Starbucks just diagonal in the Bank of America Plaza Building. Please go there instead if you need a caffeine fix.
