  • Ruined my rug. Last summer I took this rug in to Suntown to be cleaned. When I picked it up it was nicely rolled and bagged. I didn't open the bag until today. The rug is torn along both long edges. It won't lie flat. I don't have the receipt any longer so I'm sure they won't make it right. Not that they would even with the receipt based on others' experience with this shitty place. Time to find a new dry cleaner.
