  • Took my van in for a cooling fan. Waited 4 days for the part, tech said because of the age (1995) could NOT find a fan for the vehicle. Went to www.RockAuto.com and found 7 of them in 2 minutes. Asked tech why he did not check Rock Auto, and he said, because they did not have an account there??? You don't need an account, only a credit card. That's like saying I can't buy anything on Amazon because I don't have an account there.
