  • I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Cleveland three time now. Each time my room has been clean, well serviced, and suited to my needs. The concierge is extremely polite and friendly as well. The Hyatt provides complimentary internet access for all guests. You'd think that would be standard now, but at so many hotels that's not the case. They also give you the option of receiving the WSJ or another paper at your door each morning, which is a nice perk as well. The location is ideal for my purposes-I'm usually in town for business and it's within walking distance of all my appointments. Many restaurants are within a 3-10 minute walk.
