  • Dr Stewart D. Park examined me 03/10/2015 performed an eye exam, Assessment Nuclear Sclerosis, cataract, not yet visually significant. However never communicated that to me...... when i arrived home I read the Impression Plan with the details............. Next Exam with Stewart D. Park 06/07/2016 Assessment Astigmatism Bilateral, and like the last appointment failed to communicated that to me, and could not wait to exit the examining room, And i did not get a chance to ask him about Dry eyes, Dr park is indeed has no bed side manors, Impolite CLT
