  • RENTERS BEWARE. This place has really gotten bad. The new management is a living nightmare, not to mention all the roaches you find running around the complex both inside and out on a daily basis. They are great in getting you in the door but once you sign that contract they really screw you and they don't care how long you have been there and how great of a tenant you have been. Until about a year ago this place has had very little problems (except they often take forever to fix non-essential things). BUT now with the new management as of late 2014, you'll wish you have never signed that contract. They'll find ways to keep you there and wish that you never signed in the first place. Just a warning for anyone not familiar with this place. Mark Taylor, please do us all a favor and get rid of the entire management team because they're bring down a once great place to live.
