  • These people act like they have their s--- together, but they do not. I made a Sunday brunch reservation to celebrate my mom's birthday. They were wonderful on the phone when making the reservation and wonderful again when we arrived, pleasantly wishing my mom a happy birthday as we were being seated without being prompted. Unfortunately, that was the last good thing to happen. We had been waiting about 20 minutes without a server ever coming to our table, so I got up and told the hostess. She was apologetic and said she would have someone right there. We sat another 5 minutes with no server contact and decided we would leave. Right before we got up, a waiter who was taking an order at another table near us leaned over and said he'd be over in just a minute. We did not wait. I was so embarrassed! We left and went to Marche Baccus which was not great either (separate review). Sorry Mom.
