  • Up front, we decided to give them a try again. Received a buy one get one free coupon, to learn that the coupon actually good for $10 off, but the buffet cost was $13.99....totally misleading, misrepresenting coupon. As for the food: okay, at best. Had the restaurant not been ice cold, the food may have been better. The minute you set it on the granite table top, all heat goes away and you have cold food. Provided feedback to the management and all they had to offer was "sorry ". Terrible customer service. Unacceptable response. Probably won't go back.
