  • Horrible! I went for an oil change. First no cars are parked, they just let them sit as is in a mess, no seriously imagination cannot fail. Then I was the second car there. The first guy wasn't in, but having a personal talk then rushed his car ahead of mine via the guy he was talking to. I was told 1 hour right? I spent $100 on stuff, it is Walmart and came back 1 hr and fifteen minutes. Now I have a wait time of three hrs and 3 cars behind everyone else. I was like what? The guy acted offended along with the female that was standing around out in the bay. I was told easily my wait is now over 3 hrs and I can continue shopping? I saw 2 heavy set females standing around not doing work. I am heavy set so it is not an insult. An old lady ahead of me had her oil cap broken by them earlier and they challenged if they did it. She had receipts and stated she only brought it to them. They could not fix the cap so sorry take it to a mechanic the guy said. Depending on costs they would reimburse her, no seriously.
