I wish I could leave a review with no stars. I come in to get a pedicure. I should have been warned by the fact that there was only one customer there. I got a deluxe pedicure. She asked if I wanted a hot towel. I said yes and she took the towels out of the warmer and immediately put it on my right foot. It was so hot it burnt my foot. Here it is over an hour later and it is still red and tingling. I ended the pedicure right then. I asked what I owed for the work done. She told me $25. Mind you I'm leaving with a burnt foot and no massage or polish on my toenails. I asked to talk to the manager. I told her what happened and the nail tech began to tell her I was lying and that she asked me before she put the hot towel on. Yes I wanted a hot towel but not burning! The manager told her she could see that it burnt my foot. I told her I didn't feel $25 was reasonable. After twenty minutes was talking to her, she told me that I didn't have to pay and could leave. I gave her my business card and told her that she could have the owner call me if she feels I owe for the horrible service. It wasn't about the money but the principle.
