  • Well, after my initial review (which is below) I was contacted by Broadway Shoe Repair and the issue was RESOLVED! Their customer service was beyond professional and they apologized for overseeing what my shoe needed! Turns out the glue was only for a place holder before stitching the shoe. I took back my shoes and they not only redid the job but they also reenforced my other shoe so the stitching would match. Thank you Broadway Shoe Repair! I can't thank you guys enough Paola R. _______________________________________________________________ Alright, so I usually NEVER write a negative review, but this place has left me astonished with what they call "quality". I took my favorite pair of Louboutins to get the ankle strap loop fixed because it popped off when I fell on vacation. The strap was SEWN on in which it needed to be stitched up again in order to be wearable. I was happy to find a shoe cobbler that had great reviews on Yelp in which I felt trusting in leaving my precious shoes with them...I dropped them off Tuesday and then picked them up "repaired" on Friday. I was SO excited that I chose to wear them out Saturday. They held up for about an hour and felt loose...I looked down and the loop was not attached!!!! To my knowledge I thought they sewed the loop but no they GLUED it! What shoe cobbler GLUES a $900 pair of shoes and expects it to last and the customer not to find out? I am so upset and annoyed with this whole experience and hope to find someone that can actually give my Louboutins the proper TLC they deserve.
