  • Yesterday, I took my car to the Discount Tire next door to this garage for tire repair. Turned out I needed two new tires. When they got it up on the rack, they found one frozen bolt and one broken off, each on a different front wheel. They told me that Alexanders (A & J) could fix that for me, and what they had said it would cost. When I walked over there, it was pretty clear I wasn't happy about all the $$$$ I was ending up spending, but I said it wasn't their fault. When they were done and I walked over to pick it up, the young man behind the counter said he wasn't going to charge me, shook my hand, and wished me a nice day. Made me quite a bit happier.
