  • While Christina was very friendly, I think she managed to give me the worst cut of my 26 year life... I asked for shorter layers on top, layers that were about as long as the tops of my ears. I left with an inch long chunk on the crown of my head that stands at attention like a sprout. Towards the end of my cut she said, "if you find any short pieces just tuck them in" at the time I didn't realize she meant that she royally messed up. In addition to my new alfalfa sprout, I have a rat tail also! None of the hair at the base of my neck should have been cut, I didn't ask for my long layers to be trimmed at all. What I got was half the length of my hair taken off on only one half of my neck. When I put my hair up to cover up my sprout I have a rat tail that won't stay in any updo.... Honestly I am more furious about the lack of honesty about the screw up than I am the cut... I mean my hair will grow back but I shouldn't have paid for this chop job. My advice, turn down the straight razor in Christina's hands, unless you want your hair butchered.
