First experience at Ruth's Chris. Atmosphere was nice, not too dressy. My wife and I both had the ribeye, medium rare. They were cooked to perfection... The plate is heated to keep the steak hot, an awesome idea. I have to say, it was the Best steak I've ever had! Compliments to the chef! The salad was extremely fresh, as was the dressing. The sides were typical and were nothing special.
I was asked to remove my cowboy hat by the hostess, assuming I was not up on my Cowboy Etiquette. (DUH)
We made reservations so we were seated promptly. I suggest making a reservation.
