  • Please, please don't let your loved one go near this place. Incompetent, uncaring, and unprofessional staff all around. Too many problems with my fathers stay to mention. They pretty much neglected him the whole time he was there. Family had to catch a blood clot in his hand, beg for medication to lower blood sugars in the high 400 , tell them how to transfer him with his unstable broken neck, demand a call button he could use only to find it out of his reach all the time. Food and drinks consistently out of his reach and not fed. Refusal to call back with concerns EVER! Discontinued therapy without notifying family. Did not mention or keep informed of pneumonia or diarrhea. I could really go on and on. Terrible, terrible service. Don't let the location or phony smiles fool you too.
