It's Christmas, one of the busiest seasons for UPS, and the one guy is 20 minutes late opening the store and leaves a line of people standing outside for another 10 minutes while he saunters around the store doing what should have been done 45 minutes ago. No "sorry I'm late" or anything. Consistently the worst customer service of any store in the world. Reminds me of the DMV. If I had another option I'd take it. Truly a disappointment.
