  • The food was fairly average, the customer service was bad. I agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned the woman working at the register. I did not get her name but I have to assume (or hope-could multiple employees be like this?) that this was the same woman. She acted completely disinterested to the point of being rude. My husband greeted her kindly/like a normal human being and she just barely acknowledged him. Throughout our order, she behaved as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering food. I am confused why she chooses to work there, as she seems to really hate it. To the owners, this is not the kind of employee you want to be the first person your customers come in contact with. Actually, probably shouldn't want someone acting like this to ever interact with your customers if you want them to come back. We just chalked it up to her being an unhappy person, and unconcerned about the quality of her work. As stated above, the food was mostly average in quality and flavor. The burger was disappointingly bland, but I do like that you are able to get both ribs and burgers on the same plate. No need to decide which one to get! Still, both the sliders and the ribs were lacking in flavor. Overall, the whole meal was slightly sweet. Would have been great to have something spicy or acidic to balance it all out. Maybe I should have gotten the slaw instead of the fries! Sadly though, I will not be going back to see if that makes any difference. The food didn't leave much of an impression and the staff left a bad one.
