  • Finding a hairstylist you connect with is like searching for a new house. You may go through quite a few before you find the perfect fit. Such is the case for me with Annika at Moments. I recently moved to the Camelback East area of Phoenix (4 months ago) from Chicago. I HAD a wonderful stylist and colorist at Mario Tricoci in Naperville, IL, until about 8 years ago. Since then I have floated from salon to salon, looking for "the one." I have finally found her- Annika. She is a fellow Chicago transplant. I called the salon last minute this morning and was assigned an appointment for a haircut and color consult with Annika thirty minutes later! The receptionist was more than accommodating to my last minute need for a hair saviour, listening to my sob story and quickly checking the books for an opening. From before stepping foot into the salon, I felt like this establishment's employees truly cared about me. Annika listened to my needs, not rushing me and truly connecting with my needs. Two hours later, I left the salon, FINALLY satisfied with my new 'do after 8 years of "average" hair care. I am an Annika regular from this day on! Thank you so so much for such a wonderful experience today :)
