  • I really wanted the experience at this craft brewery to be good. Just to be fair, we didn't try any food and the bartender seemed like a good dude. There was some real chill music playing (jazz fusion-blues) and a band was getting ready to set up their equipment. That's where the good ends. Therefore, and in all fairness, this review is just for the "beer." We tried about 10 of the offerings (most "flight sized"). Every one of them had either a subtle or pronounced SOUR (or dry-hopped)taste! Now, I realize that "sours" have become fairly popular in the last 5 years, however, every one of them had the same "off-putting" taste, even the Red Mountain? Amber Ale. Maybe the Brew Master is on a sour/dry kick, but it just isn't my style so unfortunately we won't be heading back soon.
