  • I've used Quest for many yrs & have NEVER had such an UNfriendly lab tech as I did just a little while ago. I don't know her name, but she is working Rm 1 today. I know you're not there to win a popularity contest, but geez, when someone talks to you, uh how 'bout a little acknowledgement? I thought perhaps she was hard of hearing {seriously, & I do relay for the hearing impaired} bc when I say 0 response, I mean literally 0. The piece de resistance is when I told her my arm was burning, & asked her why, she just did not respond. I asked again, then I get, "I don't know, there's no nerves there." The whole experience was just SO awful, except for the guy in the front, who is SO nice I remembered him from last time. Gal needs some people skills...
