| - THEY DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DECAF AND REGULAR!!!
Went there for the first time today. Asked for decaf, and they gave me regular coffee and I suffered for it.
Not up to par with Starbucks standards as far as the employees. Sorry to say. They really do try, I can tell. But, as we were waiting, and waiting, and waiting for our coffee, they not only got ours mixed up, but other customer orders as well. There seems to be miscommunication. Maybe the owner under-pays, and doesn't get the rock-star baristas we are used to for Starbucks. Look at all these bad reviews. Would be worth the owner's time and money to hire better employees. But I'm sure he or she makes plenty of money, so I doubt they care very much.
Also, it was a rare, chilly day today in Mesa AZ and we were wanting to sit indoors. But, it was much too warm, so we opted to sit outside. The tables were clean.
