  • I love tacos. Period. End of story. I will go to great lengths in search of good ones. Today's adventure led me to one of those Mexican food trucks in a, shall we say "industrial", part of Phoenix south of Chase field. You know, the kind that took over a vacant lot somewhere. Several meat choices served 5 ways (taco, burrito, etc.). Just a few non-Americanized toppings and great tacos on homemade tortillas! Four tacos and a soda for $7! Yummy!!!
