  • If I could give a zero, I would. I really loved the furniture and their customer service, so I thought perhaps it's gotten better. Against every review on here that had a negative experience with this company as well as a personal friend, I order anyway and I'm very upset at myself. My husband and I ordered a tufted king bed and sofa sectional from Living Spaces on March 9th that came to over $1700. Because a part of our sectional was on backorder we had to wait almost 3 weeks to receive our items which was fine with us. I originally scheduled delivery on the 28th, but because of our work schedule I called within 20 minutes to change our delivery date to the 26th and the customer service was great! During the time in between I realized that we needed a foundation for our bed and called about 3 times to discuss this with the sales member. All three times I was told that our delivery was set for the 26th and that we had up to 48 hours to add to our order. I am still thinking great customer service! At no point in time were we told that the backordered item would not be delivered until the 28th. The 26th delivery day came and we were very excited to receive our items, but upon arrival we were told that the back ordered part of our sofa was not on the truck. I called customer service and was told that they don't know why it wasn't on the truck and that it was currently sitting in the warehouse in Summerlin (Las Vegas/same state and city we live in), but the system is showing the 28th as delivery day. Why would I schedule it Iike that? Why wasn't I told before delivery that I wasn't getting getting everything? We were even asked to change our work schedule to accommodate their delivery time for the following day. REALLY? Then what is the purpose of scheduling a day for delivery? We are apparently receiving a gift card for the delivery fee amount for the inconvenience, but I told the manager that because of their lack of communication and due diligence, I don't want to spend anymore of my time nor money shopping at this company and just asked for them to credit my account for that amount. I was told that she can't do that... thats all the manager can do is say sorry and send a gift card....I'm so done. Now because of our schedule we are waiting til Friday to receive a sofa that's in the same city.
