First of all, this hotel put three different holds on one credit card then another hold on a second credit card. The hotel has nice rooms but crappy breakfasts and poor customer service. I stayed at this hotel two nights. I checked in on Friday and the lady that checked me in had awesome customer service. Helped me with questions I had. The breakfast on the other had was lousy both mornings. Danish were frozen, microwave omelette and no food items were not replenished when they ran out. It was still pretty early too. When I went to check out, the front desk lady had no customer service what so ever. She never asked me how my stay was. All she asked me if I wanted my receipt.
