My first visit. I have been seeking authentic or close enough to authentic Vietnamese food in AZ. So....I am STILL looking. Anyways, I enjoyed the Pho Tai here, yet I prefer the broth to be savory prior to me adding the condiments: hoison, Siracha, lime and typical Vietnamese garnishments. I did enjoy the temperature of the Pho it was super HOT like I like it. Portion was very good. Restaurant is clean and friendly. When I initially walked in, only a few tables were occupied with other customers and I wasn't sure if I seat myself or walk up to the register to inquire. No one greeted me, so I walked to the register to inquire and was then seated, from then it took approximately 10 minutes before I was asked if I would like anything. I'm on the fence with my rating 3.5 to 4. from the service, but for the food it is maybe a 4 after I adjusted to my taste. I will for sure be back again. Although, the service was slow it was friendly. So I can overlook this, but hopefully future visits it is more welcoming. :)
