  • Shame on Firestone I had a flat at the Boulevard mall not even two minutes from there store. When I asked them if I could rent a lugnut to fix my car they told me to drive it on said flat tire and they would fix it, ruin my expensive rims I don't think so. I would have put the doughnut tire on and then went back to them and bought a new tire... But I will now wait until my loyal customer service provider Discount Tire opens on Monday and buy a new tire there. Thank you Firestone for making me realize why I always use someone else!!!
