  • Very good chocolates, but I'm still a preferential fan of the true Belgian chocolates. Having said that this is a unique version of chocolate that would appeal to most chocolate lovers. The reason I'm not blown away and giving this place 5 stars has to do with their chaotic customer service. It was very apparent that they were catering to regular customers and after waiting over 15 minutes for someone to help me with the chocolate selection I just gave up. The reason I gave up so easily though was because I found out they have a location in Chicago - so next time I'm home... "Hey Dad, can we go to...." Yeah you fill in the blank. I got to try one sample in the whole time I was there and that was the one out front. Being one of those gullible buyers, had they even acknowledged me I would have bought boxes of chocolate and still gone back to DC with melted chocolate. Since their customer service is chaotic and disorganized - even with the number of girls there I was overlooked. Hey no worries, I'll just take my business elsewhere - like to the Chicago location.
