  • This salon is the furthest thing from a Hilton experience. After driving an hour to find it in a strip mall, my planned day spa with my bestie was ruined by a cancellation due to not enough staff... after being informed of the staff shortage and that I would not get my facial we were asked to take turns on the 90 minute massage or reschedule. The salon couldn't even get it together to just do the massages together. Worst experience ever and I'm embarrassed for Hilton to have their name associated with this salon.
