Expect to have your things lost and not get really any help. You sit and wait for an hour to get to "we dont know where it is" I paid $80 just to have my bags lost! God forbid if they cannot locate your bag you "the customer" must bring in every receipt for each item in that bag to get a reimbursement. Who the hell keeps every receipt. Thank you Spirit Airline for being the worst airline I have ever been on!
