  • So the only thing I ever go into Hot Topic for is jewelry for my piercings. My sister and I always go to the Galleria Mall because it usually has the best stuff. HOWEVER I honestly think that the Sales Associates at this Hot Topic are lacking an I.Q. I have been there so many times and when I need someone to show me jewelry I look around and they are all talking. I see none actually helping customers at the long line at the register. One experience in particular I wanted to buy a nose stud so I went up to a male Sales Associate and asked him to open it for me. I walked back to the stand thinking he was coming and he was just looking at me. Then he continued with his conversation and ignored what I had just asked. I was shocked so I kept staring to see if he was coming. I went up to him again and asked him if he even worked there and he said yes. Then I asked why he hadn't opened the jewelry case like I had politely asked him to. He then had the nerve to say that he though I was staring at him...he thought I was hitting on him. I just left the store and never went back.
