| - We have quite a few boba tea places in town - some are good, some are marginal, and some are forgettable. This is located across from UNLV so, it was convenient for me instead of driving to Chinatown.
My go-to flavors are Thai tea, Jasmine, and milk tea. They have hazelnut milk tea, and sea salt tea. You can specify what you want in your drink: jelly, tiny boba, big boba, eye. You can also specify the level of sweetness.
I tried a Sea Salt Green Tea with big boba based on their recommendation, at 25% sweet. It was the right sweetness for me as I do not like overly sweet boba tea. The boba was quite chewy because I let it sit for a bit before drinking. It was ok.
They have macarons from Macaron Cafe shipped from New York. The shells and feet were perfectly formed. The filling was thicker than normal. The flavors I picked were Nutella, pistachio, peanut butter and jelly, Creme brûlée, and green tea. Green tea was good. Nutella was very chocolatey you can barely taste Nutella. Creme brûlée was the worst flavor I've ever had in the years I've been eating macarons - it tasted like medicine I had to take when I was a kid.
They sell Star Wars-y t-shirts because Chewbacca/Chewy...get it!? However, they only come in children's small or men's large.
They offer a 10% discount if you show them your UNLV ID. They also have a stamp card.
