  • This place is disgusting! I always feel bad when my dog has to be in the kennel all day while I'm at work, but after seeing this place and dealing with the staff, he is better off at home. First off, the facility itself was not nice or clean at all. Some of the dog shelters around were nicer than this place, I honestly felt bad for all the dogs there! Secondly the staff. We have been trying to get our dog in for weeks. We call to fax shot records and they give us the number, when we follow up the next day a different person says the fax machine hasn't worked in months. The staff was very rude. We called and asked if they had his paperwork, they said yes so we went today for our evaluation and the girl was extremely rude and states we have no paperwork and the fax machine still doesn't work. I would not recommend this place to anyone and don't understand how a business can be ran this way.
