Avoid this company at all costs. Absolute scam artists. We arrived to pick up our vehicle and they insisted that we have the registration. (The registration is required by Arizona State law to remain in the vehicle at all times.) We then had to pay service Arizona to get a copy of the registration because they told us they were unable to enter the vehicle (at any time) because there was some blood on the driver seat from the accident. They would not allow us to enter the vehicle even though we had zero concerns about the dried blood. When we inspected the vehicle the first day the keys were in the driver seat. When we had to come back for our third trip to pick up the vehicle because of their ineptness, the keys were in the ignition and the car was in neutral. Meaning that they had entered the car because it was convenient for them. Trust me, if I could give them zero stars I would.
If all that wasn't enough, they then picked the car up with the forklift at too high of an angle and triggered the fuel inertia switch which shuts off the fuel pump and so the car would not start once they put it in the drop zone. Luckily we were able to do some research on the Internet and figure out how to flip the switch so that we could start the car. Otherwise we would have had to call another towing company for a second tow to a dealership. Run away from these people.
