  • I bought a truck from here and 2 moths later the headlight went out. I tried to go in and have them fix it and they told me they wouldn't even look at it and it was the headlights I bought the truck with. The service rep was rude (Isaiah) and my sales rep I texted and called and he didn't even bother to reply (Sergio). I went to mechanic and they said that the dealer should take care of it. I spent about 35k there and they couldn't even have enough respect to give me the time of day to look at my truck. Then about 2 weeks later (a little after 2 months) my battery went out. I called they said they had a warranty and I just needed to come drop it off and it'd be ready same day. And they said I couldn't make an appointment; I then went in and they said that they had to keep my truck till Monday to get it done and they wouldn't give me a loner vehicle either. So now I have no truck for my job. They were very unprofessional and didn't back their word. Definitely won't buy here again. If I could I would give zero stars.
