I will not be using Safelite again. After 3 onsite (home) appointments and nearly 2 months of waiting, they finally got it right. Multiple delays & wrong parts from local dealership that weren't even for my vehicle model. A replacement window was finally ordered/delivered from a Boston vendor but Safelite sent it back to them, incorrectly thinking it was broke. It wasn't broken or bent at all, and the vendor shipped it right to back Safelite a 2nd time. Ken the GM was still uncertain the part was going to work, but what did I have to lose?.....so I schedule the 3rd service call. The window worked just fine and looks great. If it didn't work, I was prepared to take my repair elsewhere because I was so fed up with the delays. My 1-star review was because of my overall service experience.
On the bright side, all the service techs were polite. I can't fault them if someone else doesn't provide them with the correct parts. Tim, the final service tech was especially great. He was friendly, worked quickly and was finished promptly. Unfortunately, Safelite will no longer receive my business.
