  • In the past 3 years, I've had numerous estimates for patio covers but never felt comfortable with the sales presentations. Tom from Ultra Patios presented the product, his company, and plans for installation in a very friendly, convincing, and business-like manner. Tom had the appropriate documentation for the HOA approval and the permit ready on the start date. The project lead, Jesus, was on schedule. He completed the Solid Patio Cover and clean-up as promised. It looks great. Not like a add-on but more like the original structure. Job well done! Highly recommended.
