  • This store's only consistency is inefficiency! It has been sorely in need of new management (or any 'management') for years now! Even though the Mayfield store is over 2 more miles away for me, I will be going there from now on. I've walked out of Mentor so many times due to their lack of or inability to help. If those employees were waitresses and had to count on tips for a living they would all starve to death!
