rev:text	Why have a phone if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! You get a recording of all the hours and directions then it says gives you prompts for specific departments; "check on an order , place and order, speak to an employee" ....None of the prompts EVER gets you ANYWHERE!! I have been trying to call them for three days. Do not make me come up there! I bet they want me to come up there!!
