  • Not impressed with the customer service of this location. I came in on the weekend for a product. After waiting about 10 minutes in the store i had to overtly ask someone to assist me ( I'm guessing my standing in the middle of the store is not evidence enough to be asked if i need assistance) They didn't have the item i wanted in store, but offered to order it for me and said it would be in by following Tuesday. I called on Thursday to find they never placed my order and lost my information. They kindly put a rush for an order from a different store, but ordered the wrong item. When i asked about the product i was informed they didn't even have it in their inventory. What a colossal waste of my time I thought going into the store would be convenient, boy was i wrong.
