  • I was in a jam and needed to tow a non-operational vehicle to a temporary storage facility. I called my State Farm agent and they sent About Time Towing. Unfortunately, the storage facility I was about to tow to wouldn't accept the vehicle. I contacted State Farm to cancel the tow but somehow they did not communicate with About Time on the cancellation so I was a bit surprise when they showed up. I explained my situation with them and Joe (the owner) was able to accommodate the tow and storage. Joe and his team really went out their way to provide great customer service. Highly recommend About Time Towing. Thank you Joe!
