  • I have been a resident for a few years now and love the atmosphere of the community, the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help in any situation. The up keep of the property is far above neighboring communities, and the ammenities are top notch. The pool has a resort like feel, with plenty of grilling areas, and well monitored. Living in the Marquis of Carmel Valley is a pleasure, and I have enjoyed the friendships I have made over the years as well as the fact that it just feels like home, and not just another apartment complex.
