  • My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced for her birthday. I did some research and decided I did not want her ears to be pierced with a gun so I started calling piercing shops. I called about 10 tattoo/piercing shops in town (who would not help me) until I found this one. The man who answered the phone was super polite and, after explaining my situation and my desire to avoid the "piercing gun", he took down my number and said he would have Amanda call me back even though it was her day off. Amanda called me while out of town and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me. She offered to come in on her day off to pierce my daughter's ears safely. She took so much time with my daughter while she explained things and gently pierced her. My husband and I were thrilled with everything. Upon leaving, Amanda told us to call or text her anytime if we had questions. About 5 days later Amanda texted me to see how her ears were doing. She cares about her clients and we highly recommend Amanda and Mad Tatter!!!! PS. The guy who helped me in the first place was also super cool and fun to talk to in person!
