  • I prearranged and paid for transportation with Bell, from the airport to Caesars Palace. When we arrived in baggage claim there was no driver there. Dispatch has send me a confirmation that the driver had been sent to the airport, his name was Ian, and his phone number. I called Ian and there was no answer. I walked out side in the cold, down the drive to the Bell booth. I explained the situation to the guy in the booth and he called his dispatcher, and they were also unable to reach Ian. They sent another driver to pick us up. By the time Larry arrived we were going on an hour waiting. i never hear from Bell to say anything about their service. The driver returning us to the airport was on time, and took us straight away. Call someone else for your trip to your hotel.
