  • We've been lunching here for years, the food is generally okay at best and works out fine for lunch. Occasionally we have stopped in for a Sunday game but it's a very one team kind of place. Last night, the eve of the 4th, we had been uptown walking around, we took a cab home and asked to be dropped off here to grab a quick bite. The bartender took a very long time to get around to us, the room was fairly empty, and she seemed shocked that we wanted to order anything? We didn't really understand her suprise. The quality of food was soooo bad, we left most of it on the plate. A hint to any server, if a customer leaves most of their meal behind, ask them if the food was ok or if you can do anything else for them. We left, feeling very eh about both the server and the food. What a shame.
