  • I was very disappointed in my rental.. first it had no cruise control on it, and I guess the car had a blow out before I drove it because on the flat behind the tire was all torn up,, not knowing what was wrong we could only drive a lower speed thinking that maybe it was a bad tire and we didn't want to have a blow out our selves. the people at Hertz were very nice and business like, but really wasn't concern about the defaults. I had to transport a couple to a drs visit and one of the person smoked, as I am a non smoker, and I told them to not smoke, which they put it out, returning the car back to the dealer, they wanted to point that out and didn't care about the other complaints, so I ended up paying another 40.00 which they refered me to a car wash,... . thank you for listening,
