  • Recently our family relocated from Las Vegas to Oklahoma. We decided to keep our house in Las Vegas and rent it out. We have other properties in Las Vegas and have always self managed them. Given we were moving out of state, it was necessary to enlist the services of an agent. We chose the McKenna Team based on recommendations from friends as well as our own research. We moved out of our house on the 26th of June. Jenni and her team went in and cleaned (we have three young boys), painted, repaired, trimmed, hauled and replaced all the things necessary to make the home presentable for rental. This was done efficiently and quickly. Communication from the agency was timely and concise. The home rented within four days of being placed on the market; the 20th of July. I attribute this to the knowledge and experience the McKenna team has in managing real estate in the Las Vegas Valley. I recommend The McKenna team to anyone who is looking to rent out their property or looking for a property to rent.
