  • I got extensions from here not long ago. I have only worn them on special occasions, so by the time I realized I wasn't entirely pleased with the color, a month and a half had passed. I called in asking about a color change, wondering if they would try to charge me since it had been so long, but they didn't! They re colored my extensions for free (minus a tip for Dee), and I am much more satisfied. The color still isn't perfect, but given that my hair is very curly and has natural highlights, I'm not sure anyone could make the color match perfectly without coloring my real hair to match. I am happy with NHC and the customer service they provide!
