What a great place! Just checked it out for happy hour on Friday afternoon and was most pleasantly surprised. They have nice booths in the middle and a very casual vibe and atmosphere. You can watch the dough boys making wood fired pizza and order beer to go in a growler which is actually quite reasonable and the equivalent of buying a 6 pack. They also have a nice wine list, but didn't have the wine we wanted, Dos Cabeza, on tap so we settled for some Pinot Noir.
One thing that is very cutting edge is that there is no assigned server to your table, instead all the waitstaff pitches in and gets you what you need, wethere it's refills or ordering more food. I asked if they pool their tips and they do I much prefer this style of service as it's very fast and much better than flagging down your waiter which in America people get an attitude about. That's one thing they could work on though is attitude, it seems almost a bit too hipsterish and when we mentioned Red Lobster to this waitress she looked at us like we were crazy. Too bad, I guess that's just a human trait. Overall I give this place 4 stars for atmosphere and food.
